  • Shipping fee is 100 EGP

  • Delivery is handled by Bosta

  • Bosta attempts delivery up to 3 times

  • Delivery timeframes vary by location

Once an order is handed to Bosta, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Returns & Refunds
